This co-housing project, set on sloping terrain, creates an interactive and community-focused living environment. It brings together residential units, mixed-use spaces, public areas, and post-disaster zones within a flexible and resilient layout. By integrating shared functions and terraced connections, the design encourages social interaction and supports a sustainable model of collective living.

Terraces shaped by the sloping terrain are transformed into pleasant
activity areas for residents. At the same time, the challenge
of vertical circulation is addressed by providing two separate access
points—one from the upper level and one from the lower—
ensuring easy and comfortable movement throughout the site.

These blocks, consisting of four different types, were designed and positioned on the site by considering the slope to ensure the most convenient and accessible circulation for users. The floor plans were organized for maximum usability, with the aim of allowing all rooms to benefit from sunlight as efficiently as possible.
The buildings include numerous housing units of varying sizes, along with activity rooms offering diverse uses that encourage social interaction. These spaces include game rooms, libraries, cinema rooms, meditation rooms, and fitness areas, among other different shared facilities.
